You’ll need:

A laser printer (NOT inkjet)

Heat press machine

Scissors or a cutting tool

Steps:

Print Your Design

Print on the uncoated (blank) side of the paper.

Mirror the image before printing.

Cut Out the Design

Trim close to the edges to reduce excess transfer area.

Pre-Press Your Garment

Press the fabric for 3-5 seconds to remove wrinkles and moisture.

Place the Transfer

Lay the printed design face down on the fabric.

Heat Press

Temperature: 375°F (190°C)

Time: 25-30 seconds

Pressure: Medium to heavy

Peel the Backing

Hot peel—peel the backing paper immediately after pressing.

Cure (Optional)

For longer-lasting prints, you can press again for 10 seconds with a parchment sheet.
